What you’ll need
- farmer cheese: 1200 g
- eggs: 6 pcs
- sugar: 250 g
- butter: 150 g
- raisins: 150 g
- cornstarch: 60 g
- dark chocolate: 200 g
- vanilla extract: 10 ml
- lemon zest: 8 g
- fine salt: 2 g
How to make it
- If wet, drain the farmer cheese under a weight for 1-2 hours, then press twice through a fine sieve or grinder until smooth.
