These Terms govern the In My Fridge iOS app, inmyfridge.app, its recipes, guides, legal and support pages, and supporting services (the Service). The provider is Maksim Yaromau, Individual Entrepreneur, Georgia IP No. 302239897, 70 M. Tsinamdzgvrishvili street, Georgia. Contact: Yaromaum@gmail.com.

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 13 or meet the applicable local minimum age for independent use and have capacity or required authorization to enter this agreement. Privacy Policy: https://inmyfridge.app/privacy

The website offers publicly accessible recipes and practical cooking guides. The app helps organize ingredients and equipment, add them manually or by dictation, find recipes, review missing ingredients, save and track recipes, create shopping lists, follow cooking steps and timers, and use optional reminders. App availability, limits and paid features are shown on the relevant product and purchase screens.

Content may be prepared with AI assistance and may contain errors. The Service does not provide medical, dietetic or other regulated professional advice. Check quantities, labels, allergens, dietary suitability, storage conditions and cooking safety yourself. Times and nutrition values are estimates. Never use a recipe, reminder or AI suggestion as proof that food is safe to eat. Consult qualified professionals for medical dietary needs.

Browsing the public website does not require an account. The production app uses Sign in with Apple. Keep your account and device secure. Many kitchen records remain on your device; uninstalling the app may permanently remove them.

Dictation uses on-device Apple speech recognition and local interpretation. When the local interpretation is uncertain or finds no usable catalog match, enabled remote assistance may send the transcript through our backend to OpenAI. Audio is not sent to our backend or OpenAI. Review all suggestions before saving. The current app has no camera, receipt, photo-library or barcode input feature.

Settings > Delete account starts account and associated data deletion after confirmation, subject to the limited retention explained in the Privacy Policy. Deleting the app or account does not cancel a subscription.

In My Fridge Plus may offer increased inventory capacity and other features described in the app. Review the subscription name, duration, localized price, renewal conditions and any trial or introductory offer before confirming an Apple purchase. Apple processes payment; RevenueCat helps verify purchases and access.

Refund requests are handled by Apple under its rules and applicable law: https://reportaproblem.apple.com

Restore Purchases refreshes eligible purchase access; it does not make a new purchase, cancel a subscription or request a refund. Contact us if paid access is not recognized. Mandatory consumer and refund rights remain unaffected.

You retain ownership of information you provide. You allow us to process it only as needed to provide, protect and support the Service, handle your requests and meet legal obligations, as explained in the Privacy Policy. Provide only information you have the right to share.

You may use the Service and its content for personal, lawful purposes. Do not infringe others' rights, interfere with security or availability, bypass payment or access restrictions, or copy, sell or redistribute protected content without permission except where law permits. Ordinary public search-engine indexing is permitted. Our software, branding and original content remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law.

These Terms supplement that license for our Service and do not replace Apple's mandatory terms. The agreement for our Service is with us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for our content or support. Applicable Apple terms govern App Store purchases and the rights and obligations relating to the licensed app.

External services and linked websites have their own policies and availability. Their use may depend on connectivity, device support and provider decisions.

We may update features, content and prices or suspend access for abuse, security needs or discontinuation. We or Apple will provide notice and obtain consent where applicable law requires it. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free content. To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided as available without additional warranties.

To the extent legally permitted, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data or profits resulting from use of the Service. Our total liability for a Service-related claim is limited to the amount you paid during the preceding 12 months, or USD 50 if you paid nothing. These limits do not exclude fraud, deliberate misconduct, death or personal injury where liability cannot be excluded, or any mandatory consumer, privacy or other legal rights.

Georgian law governs these Terms subject to mandatory protections and jurisdiction rights in your country. Contact us to try to resolve a concern informally; this does not prevent exercising legal rights or meeting legal deadlines. You may stop using the Service at any time. Payment obligations and provisions that by nature survive remain applicable after termination.

Updated Terms will show a new effective date, with further notice or consent where required. English, Russian and Brazilian Portuguese versions are available; mandatory local rights are not limited by language choice.
