About this kitchen

Good meals start
with what’s there.

In My Fridge is a recipe collection and a companion to the upcoming iPhone app. Our starting point is simple: the ingredients in your kitchen should help you choose dinner.

What you’ll find here

Recipe previews include ingredient quantities, servings and the first cooking step. The remaining method is reserved for the app. Ingredient pages help you discover dishes that use one thing you have on hand. Kitchen guides help with everyday decisions, from using leftover rice to choosing a pantry dinner.

How to use the recipes

These pages are previews, not complete cooking instructions. Read the full method in the app before starting. Cooking times are planning estimates, and preparation can take extra time. Check ingredient labels for allergens and use the cut, type and quantity named in the recipe.

Our approach to publishing

The recipe pages are drawn from the In My Fridge recipe collection. Kitchen guides are published by In My Fridge. The expanded guide library was researched and drafted with AI assistance, using audience questions to identify practical cooking tasks. Examples are editorial suggestions, not claims of independent kitchen testing. Food-handling points link to official guidance; recipe links have their own ingredient lists and first-step previews. We do not present invented reader ratings or claim that every dish has been independently kitchen-tested.
