The app is offered by Maksim Yaromau, Individual Entrepreneur, Georgia IP No. 302239897, 70 M. Tsinamdzgvrishvili street, Georgia ("WebP Batch Converter", "we", "us", or "our"). Draft status
These Terms are a public pre-release draft and are not effective. They require verification against the signed release build, final distribution model, bundled notices, and legal review.
What the app provides
WebP Batch Converter is a macOS utility for importing supported images, selecting compression and resize settings, and exporting WebP files. Supported formats, operating-system requirements, output behavior, and limits may change before release and are defined by the version of the app you install.
Your files and output
You retain your rights in source files and converted output. You are responsible for having permission to use, convert, store, and distribute every file you select. Conversion may change quality, metadata, dimensions, color characteristics, transparency, file size, or compatibility. Review output before deleting or replacing an original file.
The app is not a backup service. Keep independent copies of important source files and verify the output before relying on it in a website, product, archive, or production workflow.
Acceptable use
Do not use the app to infringe intellectual property, evade access controls, process unlawful material, distribute malware, interfere with another system, or violate another person's rights. You are responsible for your use of converted files.
Third-party components
The app may include open-source components such as libwebp. Applicable license notices will be included with the release. These Terms do not remove rights granted under an open-source license.
Availability and changes
Pre-release features may be incomplete, changed, or removed. We may update supported formats, export behavior, system requirements, bundled components, or support resources. The final release terms will identify any purchase or distribution conditions that apply.
Apple terms
These draft Terms are between you and the developer, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app, its content, support, maintenance, product claims, or legal compliance. Any final custom license must remain consistent with Apple's applicable usage rules and minimum EULA terms.
Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebP Batch Converter is provided without a guarantee that every input will convert successfully or that every output will preserve all source characteristics or work with every third-party service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
