Prompti Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of Prompti and its related support services. Prompti is provided by Maksim Yaromau, Individual Entrepreneur, Georgia IP No. 302239897, 70 M. Tsinamdzgvrishvili street, Georgia.

What Prompti provides

Prompti is a local-first iOS app for turning an idea into a spoken-on-camera script, rehearsing it, recording a take, and exporting the result. Apple Intelligence may provide on-device assistance where available. The OpenAI fallback is optional and requires your explicit consent before text is sent to it.

AI suggestions may be inaccurate or incomplete. Review all output before recording, publishing, or relying on it. Prompti does not provide medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

Your content

You retain your rights in the ideas, scripts, recordings, captions, and exports you create or provide. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions required for content you import, record, publish, or share.

Do not use Prompti to violate law, intellectual-property rights, privacy or publicity rights, or to harm another person.

Privacy and optional AI

The current privacy practices and optional cloud-AI boundary are described in the Prompti Privacy Policy. The OpenAI fallback is not required to use Prompti's local writing, rehearsal, recording, and export features.

Availability and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prompti and optional third-party services are provided without guarantees that they will always be available, uninterrupted, accurate, or fit for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
