Prompti Privacy Policy
Effective and last updated: August 4, 2026
Prompti is provided by Maksim Yaromau, Individual Entrepreneur, Georgia IP No. 302239897, 70 M. Tsinamdzgvrishvili street, Georgia. For privacy requests, contact Yaromaum@gmail.com.
Local-first app data
Projects, ideas, scripts, script versions, recordings, takes, captions, exports, and app preferences are stored on your device. Prompti does not upload original or processed video, audio, live Voice Follow data, transcripts, captions, or exports to its AI service.
You can delete local content in Prompti or remove the app. Prompti cannot restore local data that it does not receive. Separate exports in Photos, Files, or another app are controlled by that destination.
Optional AI processing and consent
Apple Intelligence is Prompti's first choice when it is available. If it is unavailable, you may choose the OpenAI fallback. Before a fallback request, Prompti asks for explicit consent and identifies the recipient, purpose, data, retention information, and choices.
For an OpenAI fallback request, Prompti sends only the text needed for the requested action: a prompt, selected script or script-beat text, the requested transformation, and the resulting suggestion. The recipient is the Prompti AI proxy and OpenAI's API. Prompti does not run background AI requests.
Retention and providers
The Prompti AI proxy keeps a completed AI suggestion in memory for no more than five minutes solely to safely return the same result when a request is retried with the same idempotency key. It does not keep accounts, project libraries, media, transcripts, or a long-term prompt/output database.
OpenAI states that API inputs and outputs are not used to train its models by default. OpenAI API abuse-monitoring logs that contain customer content may be retained for up to 30 days unless a different approved retention control applies. Prompti sends Responses API requests with state storage disabled.
Standard infrastructure security records, such as request time, status, and network metadata, may be retained as necessary for security and legal obligations. Request bodies and authorization headers are not written to application logs.
Your choices and rights
You may decline cloud AI and continue using local writing, rehearsal, recording, and export features. You may turn off future cloud AI requests in Prompti Settings. Revoking consent stops future transfers; it does not erase data already processed by a provider.
Prompti does not use advertising, cross-app or cross-site tracking, advertising identifiers, data brokers, or analytics before opt-in. It does not send script text, AI prompts or outputs, titles, audio, video, transcripts, captions, or raw support text as analytics events.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, or withdrawal of consent. Email Yaromaum@gmail.com with the subject Prompti privacy request. We may request information needed to verify a request.
Security, international processing, and updates
We use HTTPS for the proxy connection and keep provider secrets on the server, not in the app. No system is completely secure. Information may be processed in countries where service providers operate and whose data-protection laws differ from your location.
We may update this policy when Prompti's data practices change. Material changes will receive a new effective date and, where required, notice in the app or on this page.
