PetLife Terms of Use

These draft Terms govern the planned PetLife iOS application and related support services. PetLife is offered by Maksim Yaromau, Individual Entrepreneur, Georgia IP No. 302239897, 70 M. Tsinamdzgvrishvili street, Georgia ("PetLife", "we", "us", or "our"). Contact: Yaromaum@gmail.com.

Draft status and eligibility

These Terms are a public pre-release draft and are not effective. They require legal, veterinary, product, processor, and release verification. PetLife is planned for adults aged 18 or older.

What PetLife provides

PetLife helps dog and cat owners organize preventive-care plans, tasks, reminders, documents, family responsibilities, and a pet history. Recommendations and templates are informational planning tools. They are not veterinary diagnosis, treatment, emergency advice, medication instructions, or a substitute for a veterinarian.

Always consult a qualified veterinarian about symptoms, diagnosis, treatment, medication, vaccination, travel requirements, or urgent concerns. PetLife does not monitor your pet, contact a veterinarian, or guarantee that a reminder or recommendation is correct for your location or animal.

Guest use, accounts, and workspaces

PetLife is planned to support guest-first use and optional Sign in with Apple for synchronization and family features. A workspace may have one Owner and invited Caregivers. The Owner controls invitations, permissions, workspace deletion, and other destructive actions. Caregivers must use shared information only for the care of the relevant pet and within the permissions granted.

Your content

You retain your rights in pet profiles, tasks, notes, documents, photos, videos, timeline items, and other content you provide. You authorize PetLife and its processors to handle that content as needed to provide local storage, synchronization, sharing, notifications, export, support, and other features you request.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter and for having permission to upload or share it. Do not use PetLife to submit unlawful content, violate another person's privacy, impersonate others, or distribute information you are not entitled to use.

Family sharing and invitations

Invitations are intended only for people you trust. An invited Caregiver may see and update permitted workspace information. You are responsible for choosing collaborators and removing access when it is no longer appropriate. PetLife may revoke or expire invitations and sessions for security, abuse prevention, or workspace changes.

Beta availability

The first planned beta is free and may have incomplete, changing, or unavailable features. Production care templates cannot be treated as verified until the required research, veterinary, legal, and release gates are complete. PetLife may suspend remote services or particular templates for maintenance, safety, legal, provider, or security reasons.

Deletion and exports

PetLife is planned to provide data export, Trash, and in-app account or workspace deletion. Soft-deleted objects are designed to remain recoverable for 30 days. Workspace deletion requires recent Apple reauthentication and is designed to enter a 30-day deletion-pending period during which the Owner may cancel. After the deadline, scheduled purge removes applicable account, workspace, and private-storage data except minimal records that must remain for legal or security reasons.

Apple terms

These draft Terms are between you and the developer, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for PetLife, its content, support, maintenance, product claims, or legal compliance. Any final custom license must remain consistent with Apple's applicable usage rules and minimum EULA terms.

Disclaimer and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PetLife is provided without a guarantee that reminders, templates, recommendations, synchronization, notifications, documents, or shared updates will always be accurate, complete, current, available, or suitable for a particular pet. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
